I can't find my Permission to test form. How do I get another one sent to me?

I am about to send in a Test Application, but I need to become a Rye Member (or renew my membership). I don't want to slow down sending my Test Application. What do I do?
Send them in on the same day. You don't have to wait for your membership to come through to apply for a test. Put a note on the test application that your membership has been sent in and is pending. The Test Chair will know to follow-up with the Membership Chair to insure it's all processed in time for the test.
